Ok all, I called Girard. Got a very knowledgeable technician. He helped me through my issues and explained in laymen’s terms how these water heaters work. Basically you need perfect conditions (good water flow and low cold water temperature) for them to work consistently. And we all know how inconsistent campgrounds are. So I need to suck it up Nancy and deal. ��
