Maybe I'm reading this too literal?
It says you're "filling the fresh water tank & draining the grey", I'm reading this that you're filling the fw & trying to drain it by opening the grey tank, that WILL NOT work unless you've pumped the fresh water down a drain. If this is the case you've possibly overfilled the fw tank, possibly ruptured it, causing the leak.
Hopefully I've read it too literal & I this is not the case!
