Tire tread scalloping

On my Chateau class C (Ford E450 chassis), the right front tire has a strange scalloping wear pattern. I've attached a photo, but it's a little hard to see in a picture.

I had an alignment done last year, and it has new Bilstein HD shocks. The RV has 35k miles on it, and I don't think any of the suspension components are worn. It drives fine on the highway -- no pulling or vibrations.

Any idea what could be causing this?
