East to check. Turn on your generator or plug into shore power and then measure the voltage at the chassis battery. If it reads over 13 volts (should be above 13.5v) the chassis batteries are charging off the generator/shore power. If you don’t have a volt meter, it is cheap and a useful tool to have. You don’t need an expensive one. I bet I use mine to measure some voltage at least once a trip,
