Surprising- Prior 36 ft Dp, GeorgieBoy used plastic fittings on the PEX, I was able to replace all the fittings in the whole RV, with brass and rebuilt the water manifold. Looking at present Siesta I think most is accessible.
For the OP all the PEX in your RV is probably 3/8 inch. Tools, fittings and clamps at big box.
On the road, a PEX 3/8 sharkbite end cap to stub a leak should get you to actual repair.. Then figure out what parts you need.
