For a seam application as described above it did for me. I originally repaired the seam with Dicor but it cracked and started leaking in a different place in a couple of months. It has now been over a year since I put the Eternabond on and it continues to work. No need to Dicor the edges.
I know people that have Eternabonded every seam on their RV roof and never worried about the semi-annual Dicor roof inspection again.
