That's a confusing statement.
What's more confusing is guessing at your year, make, model of RV.
Was it a single click? Or clicking as in multiple clicks?
If no battery powered devices are operating on Shore Power then you have two problems:

Your Converter/Charger is not powering the DC buss, and
Your house batteries are not powering the DC buss.

Status of your battery disconnect (USE/STORE Switch)?
Do you have a multimeter and know how to use it?
