Yeah that has been in place since 2012 when the Focus Electric first came out. To be BEV certified each dealer must have at least two Level-2 chargers: one in the service bay and one publicly available. (A Level-2 charger is what runs off the 50A camper service and charges at about 10-20 miles/hour.)
New for the Mustang Mach-E is a lift for the battery. They roll it under the car when the car is up on a lift and use it to lower the battery out--the only way to work on the battery in the MME.
Note that you could run a Level-2 charger off the new F-150 with the 7.2kW! LOL (seems kind of counterproductive, however).
