I bought a Toddler Bed Guard Rail to use to hold items above the cab in the upper bunk in my 2018 Thor Siesta 24SS. It folds down for access. It slips under the bed pad like it would on a regular bed. I bought it from Amazon for $50.00. I have been using it for over a year now and have gone from the West Coast to the East Coast and back with everything remaining on the upper bunk. When my grandson goes with us he sleeps in the upper bunk and uses the guard rail to keep him from falling out of the bunk.
