I just completed installing a BlueOx baseplate on a ‘20 Chevy Spark.
Was very straight forward.
Just remove the front end cowling & bolt on

Here’s what I found on eTrailer for your Elantra.
When you remove the front cowling, this is what you’ll see.
It’s all plastic connectors and small screws
And the BlueOx baseplate generally uses existing holes so little to no drilling required

For my vehicle I found better pricing on Amazon, but eTrailer now does price matching.
