thank you everyone, yes i found the switch tucked away nicely under the cabinet. Just returned from a trip with my sons baseball team to Sarasota and it came in handy using the sink.

Please note the sinker drain stopper can be pressed-down to hold water in the sink. Another press down will let the sink's contents into the macerator.
