Hello and welcome. I have a crossroads zinger and love it. I have had a few minor warranty issues repaired early on that crossroads covered and camping world fixed. No complaints about crossroads and the zinger has been a sturdy little trailer. We bought it new Jan 2011.I will tell you a thorough pdi is everything. There are some crossroads owners that did not do a thorough pdi or demand everything be fixed before handing over cash. Most have regretted that choice.
