If you are asking about my repair at factory service: No it wasn't done under warranty. If I remember correctly the fix was something like $700 or so (they charge $120/hour). Was a few years ago so I could be off.
When you go there they take a look at it and give you an estimate before performing the work so you do have a go/no go decision before they start tearing it apart.
If you are contemplating taking it back to factory service (I would highly recommend it, they are excellent) you have to call Thor and arrange an appointment.
