The is a pin on the 7 Pin Connector that has 12 VDC and there is a fuse for that pin as well as fuses and relays for the turn signals and lights.
As for constant 12VDC for charging a TOAD battery while traveling that would have to be wired in by whoever wires up the umbilical cord on the TOAD.
If you have an InvisiBrake the battery gets charged when the motorhomes lights are on. Even so, I had my installer add a charging line with fuse.
