You do have a converter. All trailers do. It is behind or under your electric breaker box. The will be an approx. 12 x 12 or so box with a door on it mounted near the floor.Usually under the range or stove but can be anywhere. The converter must hove electric to it. You say your plugged in but do you have voltage? Converter is fed by a 15 amp breaker in the electric panel. Are you plugged into a GFI outlet? The converter will change 120 volt power into 12 volts to power the lights and charge the battery. There is an inline resetable main fuse under the tong within 6' or the battery. Be sure it is reset. There is also two "Reverse Polarity Fuses" on the converter that must be good.
