Thank you very much. Very helpful. I have also found the reason for leaking water when shower has not been used for a few days. The reason is during hot weather and the hole under the pan to get to the piping the AC is running and causing condensation on the access panel. Taking it off and fixing the leak in the pipe along with some insulation may very much help this issue. Thank you!
