Agree with Darter. Those lights indicate an issue with the rear wheel sensors. I have had mine replaced twice at about $1000.00 each time. You lose cruise control and the Electronic Stability Package until it's fixed. So a nuisance but not an immediate have to repair. Might also have ABS issues so that may be more of a concern. Dealer who did our work said this was not uncommon on Sprinter motorhomes.
These lights will sometimes come on when driving in a high crosswind and you will lose the functions indicated above. This temporary loss will go away when you shut the engine off and restart it. Hope yours is one of these and not the repair issue.
