Assume your 110V element if fried. It should still heat using propane.

1. is there a propane on/off valve somewhere in the propane line - the previous owner may have turned it off.

2. make sure a critter/bug hasn't nested in the propane venturi.

3. download the manual if you don't have it. the operations section has some tips on why it might not be working.
