Greetings. I see numerous posts about hot waters but not this one yet. We are on our "shakedown cruise" and are not getting hot water in a/c or gas. I looked at the heater and noticed that there is a jumper not connected. There is a plug that looks like it ought to be connected. See photo. (the printing should be right side up for proper orientation)


Any ideas? Can anyone tell me if this jumper is connected on your hot water heater?
