The ones I heard about falling out are those that were left open while driving. The wind makes the open part of the window act as a kite and away it goes. In one case it cost the RV owner an insurance claim to repair the car in the next lane that was damaged by the flying window.
My Owners manual says to close the windows and raise the shades before driving. The Challenger manual said the same thing and I never had a window problem in the five years we had that rig.
