We have a new ACE 27.1 and the drivers window is noisy when we have certain wind, etc. Look at the locking latch to see if it actually goes into the slot to hold it tight. Ours is not and won't lock. I ordered 4 new locks from Lippert and will install 2 locks on each window, correctly. Thanks for the nice write-up.
