Very common problem but not necessarily the RV company....more like the company that supplies the furniture and more specifically, the company that makes the vinyl, RV company is at fault for continuing to buy from substandard vendors....works with tires too. We just had the sofa, dinette cushions and captain's chairs reupholstered with fabric. Only 8K on a 2016.
