It's been addressed 100 to 1,000 times on this forum.
My couch in my home did the same thing.
This forum has supplied links to the class action lawsuit.

It's a single sour apple in a very large barrel.
It wasn't a personal vendetta against low end rv buyers.
It was a WORLDWIDE supplier catching a bad batch of chemicals or formula for a relatively short time period.

You knew the warranty on the coach when you bought it.
You were offered, or could have bought through the internet, an extended warranty on fabrics.
Unless it all went bad within the warranty period you agreed to, and you were told to go away we won't honor our warranty, you have absolutely no complaint.

Things happen. This thing happened worldwide.

How long outside of the warranty you agreed to is realistic?

If the dealer came back to you right now and said:
'I know we agreed to $80k over 120 months, but we have decided to add 12 more months onto the end of the contract.' what would you say?
You would exactly say 'NO! it's not what we agreed on!'

I hated it too.
It just cost me $8,000 for a new house couch.
We received the last section just yesterday (we had to send it back to have a sewing mistake reworked).

But
I know it's on me.
I knew the job was dangerous when I took it.

My two suggestions about the repair you need:
$8,000 is twice to three times higher than most here say they paid.
Lots of catalog stores make lots of slip-on/tuck in covers.
