Mine rattled also but it turned out to be the front tabs holding the catch pan. It would squeak and drive us crazy. I used electrical tape around the metal tabs. No more squeaking. It almost sounds like a Cadillac now. I think I also did that to those back supports also. The problem on ours was the thin metal to metal contact. On ruff roads the parts would rub against each other. I don't know if that would work for you but it was an inexpensive solution for us. It just took a while to find where the squeak was coming from.
