No worse smell than rubber compound melting when expecting biscuits baking aroma. When it gets cooler outside I plan to have a good look at the oven door, sounds like inside the door also needs tightening up. It has been a help to have a son drive so I can investigate where those noises come from, but they get upset with "old Mom" moving around when rolling. Now be honest, how else can you figure it out???
I am sure the RV mfg have all the insight & knowledge of all of the problems of this nature. So it is pretty much a given they decide to not fix in favor or reduce cost, but it is inexcusable they withhold the information to tell the user exact how to fix if it so annoys them. There is a finite listing of the Top 100 annoyances of things that go wrong or trouble a RV owner, how hard could it be to list each and and the solution to resolve each aftermarket.

FWIW, it is my microwave table that make the most noises, we stuff it with towel because we are afraid we will break the glass by taking out and storing elsewhere.

The way I see it, if people would quit driving their RVs all of these problems would go away.
