Last year we were looking at the Magnitude and went to a dealer that had the Magnitude and Entegra Accolade sitting across from each other. We checked out both rigs with slides out, slides in sat in them for awhile and had a conversation, test drove both and after about 2 hours made an offer on the Accolade.
Here is what sold us on the Accolade:
Opposing wall slides in the Accolade 37TS created more room in the living area.
Incline bed in the Magnitude makes the bed unusable when the slide is retracted
Less walkway down the hallway when all slides are in during travel
Washer/dryer combo in the Accolade. Not an option in the Magnitude
Air brakes and rear air suspension on the Accolade
Ease of getting into the cab area from the living area
Water management system in the wet bay
SaniCon Macerator pump for dumping tanks
2 plus 3 warranty. 2 years everything and 3 additional years on the structure which was even better than the Jayco Seneca which had 2 plus 1.
The Magnitude did have a couple of advantages over the Accolade
Mobile Eye standard. We had ours added before delivery (our cost)
Solar controller standard. We added solar before deliverY (our cost)
Winegard Connect 2 standard. We added Winegard Connect 2 before delivery (our cost). There are differences with Thor's including the TV antenna but not having a power switch.
That was our journey and it lasted a good 6 months. We had looked at numerous diesel pushers before deciding on a Super C and then looked at numerous Super C models before finally choosing the Accolade.
As a note, our comparison was between the Magnitude SV34 and the Accolade 37TS.
