Look at the bottom of the tv in the bedroom. You might have to slightly lift up in order to see the two brackets that hold it onto the wall mount. You have to remove the 4 screws to get the tv off of the wall. It would help to have another set of hands hold the tv so you can remove the 4 screws from the wall. There is no handle or release for that mount, only the 4 screws of the bracket. The picture that Jannnda posted is one of the two brackets you need to remove.
