Quality Control Sucks!!
When I got my "new" 2019 Thor Chateau, it had all kinds of issues that could have been caught by someone actually doing their job and caring...
(1). The A/C blower was put in backwards so the unit wasn't blowing cold.
(2). When they correct the blower, once we turned it on, styrofoam beads from
the insulation came out the vents.
(3). Both the shower and the bathroom sink had the lines reversed.
(4). A nice pile of sawdust left on top of the slide...apparently no vacuum
cleaner.
All these items should have been caught during a through "walk thru" before delivery.
