Any quality brand of high temp grease will be sufficient, as mentioned don't cheap out.
Also would recommend NEVER use the EZ Lube system unless you're 110% sure your grease seals will hold pressure, otherwise you can/will fill the brake drums full of grease whether you follow the recommended procedure or not, which by the way doesn't help the stopping distances.
There are a few folks that swear by the EZ Lube system & there are tons of us that swear at that system for the reasons mentioned above.
I think that most DRV 5th wheels have disc brakes, some have oil bath bearings, so this wouldn't be as big a problem has drum brakes, but still wouldn't use that system.
The best way is HAND PACK ONLY!!!!
