We purchased an extended warranty when we got our new to us 2013 Palazzo 33.2. We ended up with a slide problem. Took it to the dealer. The warranty company took two and a half weeks to decide to cover the cost. After two weeks my dealer put pressure on them. They sell a lot of policies. This is half of what we paid for several that diced everything on the reg up. I am sure the dealer has 100% of their share, but they made a small mistake in the repair and have a 90 day warranty on their work. They have it back and are absorbing a great amount of the money they got. And I still have the warranties to continue on for another four years. I gambled and won. I did not expect to, but for once I did!
