Anyone had any luck finding the Bluetooth device list on the AV614BH?

According to the instruction manual, it should be on the Bluetooth setup menu. I don't find it on mine.

I have a device that had been paired but now won't connect. The manual suggests going to the device list and deleting the device to solve the problem.

I emailed their customer support about it. I asked two questions, how do I get to the device list and is there a firmware update for the AV614BH.

I got a prompt reply. However, the responder did not address the questions.

Here's the reply:

Go to: General Operation then ...

Bluetooth • Bluetooth - Turn Bluetooth signal on or off. •
Auto Connect - Select "On" to program the unit to automatically connect to a Bluetooth device. Select "Off" to disable the auto connect feature. •
Auto Answer - Select "On" to program the unit to automatically accept incoming calls via Bluetooth. Select "Off" to disable the auto answer

Any help will be appreciated,
