I use an independent guy down the road. He and his wife are factory trained on everything. He’s a carpenter. Welder. Plumber. Sells accessories and diy repair parts. Thor has reimbursed me for several “leak” issues he has repaired.
I bought at Camping World but don’t go there for service.
