Newbie-need advice from experienced folk

Puchased a Chateau 24BL...does not have heated grey and black tank option (although places where the switches go are on the panel_. Dealer can add this (slightly expensive).
But - here's where I need advice:
Would it be good to get them added by the dealer?
Reason for asking:
- When younger we pop-up camped out west in the summer and experienced freezing weather in the Mountains and,
- We might take unit in winter (Michigan/cold) south for a few weeks and would experience cold temps travelling.
So...would it be advisable to get this added?
Thanks so much for sharing your experience...dwm
