Just my opinion, but unless you plan to do a lot of winter camping I think I wouldn’t bother. As long as it stays above freezing during the day you may not experience a problem and even if the tanks do freeze while you travel south for the winter they will thaw when you get there so you can empty them then. It all depends on how you plan to camp.
