Make sure your request and their response is in writing.
Please call Thor and let us know. I got stumped when you say they can order? Don't recall where or why a Mfg would sell a part that didn't come with the RV.
It would be fairly easy to look at another new coach to see if it had the screen in the kitchen window and then make them pay for the replacement.
