I did notice that Kitchen window and the other window next to dinette table are NOT the same style. Dinette window has emergency exit, but that doesn't explain the missing screen.
I have very little respect for a few Thor dealers I encountered. My guess is that the screen was misplaced or damaged and they forgot to order a new one, then they thought for a customer that can spend this kind of money on new 2021 Delano; they will gladly pay more for the screen.
Hope it works out and everyone is happy. You may need that Dealer later so try not to burn any bridges. You got a beautiful coach so you should be able to enjoy
