The lights, water pump and furnace (heater?) are not on the inverter. They are DC loads powered by the house batteries when boondocking.
If the inverter has good connections, the house batteries are well charged, and the residential fridge does not try to start the compressor while brewing your coffee, they should be able to co-exist
