Being a Insurance agent and licensed in Arizona, shopping by price can be a very slippery slope . Premium depends on a lot of criteria's, your credit may also have a lot to do with it. When shopping, make sure your liability limits are enough to cover your assets as well as enough to take care of the other party if you are at fault. Do you want your unit covered for comprehensive coverage, (glass, vandalism, fire, if you his a animal while driving etc,) do you want coverage to fix or replace your RV in the event the accident was your fault or is the other person is UNINSUERED.
My opinion is to find a trusted agent and pony up. Auto premiums are going up and up. Autos cost more to fix and attorney's aren't cheap either.

Just my two cents worth,
