Recpro shout out
In the blazing so cal heat i found the backs of my recpro seat peeling. Yeah probably my fault for not covering them since they are facing west when stored at my house
I called recpro and was first told out of warranty by 6 months. The rep said she would call back with an inventory update. Well no call for a week. Called back 3 days straight always getting the answer machine saying they are on on the phone. So I sent an email complaining that I could not get back to them for follow up.
Carla called me the next day saying if they had them she would send them out under warranty. If not it would be $300 when they get them from China in October or November
Well they got delivered today at no charge
I dont like the fake leather because they don't last and would probably get the fabric seats recpro now sells but Carla and recpro took care of me
