This thread is a classic example of:
1. People not reading the replies before jumping in, leading to many duplicate posts, or worse yet, answering a problem that has already been fixed; and
2. A newcomer jumping in with their own problem, similar to the OP's problem, leading to multiple answers, and not knowing who is answering whom.
