Hi Wayne
You on board generator should run everything inside your coach when not plugged into shore power. You may not be able to run all of your high demand electrical systems all at once. I have not had any issues with it not functioning correctly on my 2018 Thor Siesta 24SS. You might have a connection issue between the generator and the coach.
