it involves moving the sway bar links from the front holes to the rear holes. Basically stiffens the chassis so it doesn't sway as much. Some people need to lengthen the links, or buy adjustable ones. While you're down there, check the tightness of the sway bar bushing bolts, they have been known to loosen up and fall out.
