Unless things have changed in the last few years most manufactures (Thor) do not align. Ford does not because they don't know what will be built on the bare chassis.
Oh, I'm painfully aware of Thor's alignment practices (or lack thereof). I found out the expensive way with new front tires at 3000 miles. All bolts were torqued to specs. I actually went back and re-read the first part of this thread, and it seems that my suspicion about the bar and springs coming in contact under certain conditions makes the noise. May build some plates as others have done to move the spring/bar clearance back to stock.
