I found this while scrounging around in the 'rv mod box' just now(it's like a chore jar but is 260gallons).
This is all you install for the cb I listed(plus any antenna you want.)
Power, ground(cigar receptacle if you want it portable) and two screws if want it hard mounted.
I'll suggest double sided foam tape or velcro.
Handset plugs in, antenna plugs in... Done.
An Antenna on each vehicle and this will travel with you along with your radar detector.
But
They're only 30 bucks each so just put one in each vehicle and carry only the handheld head with you.
