Your fridge does not cool on battery, but it needs 12 VDC from the house batteries or converter to Control the fridge cooling.
It cools on 120 VAC from Shore Power (SP) or the generator.
The fact that you have lights displayed on the control panel indicate you have the 12 VDC control power.
Shift the fridge to propane cooling to see if that works.
If it does, you likely have a bad AC heating element ($).
If it does not you may have a bad control board ($) or a bad cooling unit ($$$$).
