All I did was click update firmware
And now radio won’t turn on!! It’s a Jensen JRV212T

We just bought this 2012 adventurer
Haven’t even driven it yet! We are leaving on a three week trip and cannot next without radio! I clicked update firmware and the entire thing shut down! Any ideas how to fix?
