Ditto. We had similar bulging below the window of our Vegas and the shop confirmed the siding was beyond salvage. Both driver and passenger side had to be totally replaced. If you caught it soon enough, the panels might be salvageable and the cost significantly lower. Labor was $2200 for both sides, not including parts.
