The typical propane furnace draws about 20 amps when running. If you have two good flooded batteries (group 27) you have about 150 amp-h total and about 75 amp-h from 13.7 volt to 12.1 volts. If nothing else is draining the batteries you have about 4 hours of continuous operation.
