Sounds like a possible issue with the neutral wire. If it was ok before, maybe a connection that has become loose?

I would worry about it myself until I understood the reason for the change in voltage.
I don't like electrical mysteries. They always seem to lead to smoke leaking out of a wire at the wrong time. I vote for a meter error.
