Again...
If it was me...after doing all the checks you have done:
I'd start at the switch on the dash, pull it out and see if there's a connection problem when the button is pushed
Then I'd probably move to run a 12v trial wire directly to the shade itself
If the shade motor does not work with direct 12v connection, then it's the motor.
Finally, use the wiring diagram on-line or from Thor to see where this "relay" is located.
